His career began at a friend’s shop, where he discovered his passion and talent for automotive repair. Since then, he has continued to grow both personally and professionally.
In his free time, Austin enjoys snowboarding, ATV riding, off-roading, and golfing. He values honesty, patience, and making the most of life because you only get one, and he believes in enjoying every moment while you can.

Shane’s automotive journey began in childhood, handing tools to his grandfather during tractor and car repairs. Those early memories grew into a lasting passion for vehicles of all kinds, especially domestic, Asian, and classic models.
He loves this industry because of the independence it offers and the gratitude he feels from helping others. His career path has taken him through respected positions at Broadway Toyota and Les Schwab Tires, shaping him into a knowledgeable and dependable automotive professional.
Outside of work, Shane enjoys working on his home and cars, staying active, camping, hiking, shooting, and spending time outdoors. He lives by values such as honesty, cleanliness, organization, and the belief that we can always strive to become better. His favorite motto captures his spirit perfectly: “Teamwork makes the dream work.”

With 19 years of experience, Ronald brings a quiet strength and steady work ethic to the team. He genuinely enjoys working outdoors, tackling new challenges, and learning something new every single day.
He began his automotive journey by simply walking into a shop and discovering that this was exactly where he belonged. Since then, he has grown into a reliable and knowledgeable technician.
Outside of work, Ronald enjoys cooking Iraqi dishes, fishing, and taking time to rest and recharge. He is grounded by strong values respect, trust, and honesty which shine through in the way he treats customers, coworkers, and everyone he encounters.

Chris Carson brings over 50 years of automotive experience to the industry. His passion for working on cars began early, inspired by his grandfather, who helped introduce him to the world of automotive repair and mechanical problem solving.
Chris enjoys the challenge of figuring out what’s wrong, repairing it, and making it better than before. His decades of experience have given him a deep understanding of vehicles and the satisfaction that comes from bringing mechanical systems back to life.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys going to the gun range, spending time with his grandkids, and playing games. He believes strongly in treating others the way you want to be treated, honesty, and caring for people, values that guide both his work and personal life.
With more than five decades of experience, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every vehicle he works on.

Andrew has 3 years of experience as a service advisor and several years in automotive parts. His passion for cars began attending car shows with his grandfather, giving him a love for American classics. Outside work, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and dogs, playing guitar and piano, and coaching high school football.

Edgar Petrosyan has been working in the automotive industry for more than 22 years. His journey began in a high school automotive class, where he discovered both a passion and talent for working on vehicles.
Edgar enjoys the problem solving aspect of automotive repair and finds satisfaction in seeing a vehicle returned to proper working condition. One of the most rewarding parts of his job is the smile on a customer’s face when they get their vehicle back running safely and smoothly.
While he works on many different types of vehicles, Edgar especially enjoys modified vehicles and the unique challenges they bring.
Outside of the shop, Edgar enjoys disc golf, creating videos, and spending time outdoors. He believes strongly in teamwork, hard work, and personal responsibility.
