He thrives on the instant gratification of repairing cars and loves that each day brings something new and different. His journey into the trade began in college, where he discovered his passion for working with his hands and solving complex problems under the hood.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys camping, fishing, and expressing his creativity as a musician he plays guitar and finds joy in making music. Guided by his core values of always doing the right thing, showing respect for others, and standing up for his kids, Jason brings not only skill but also integrity and dedication to his work.

Shane’s automotive journey began in childhood, handing tools to his grandfather during tractor and car repairs. Those early memories grew into a lasting passion for vehicles of all kinds, especially domestic, Asian, and classic models.
He loves this industry because of the independence it offers and the gratitude he feels from helping others. His career path has taken him through respected positions at Broadway Toyota and Les Schwab Tires, shaping him into a knowledgeable and dependable automotive professional.
Outside of work, Shane enjoys working on his home and cars, staying active, camping, hiking, shooting, and spending time outdoors. He lives by values such as honesty, cleanliness, organization, and the belief that we can always strive to become better. His favorite motto captures his spirit perfectly: “Teamwork makes the dream work.”

With 19 years of experience, Ronald brings a quiet strength and steady work ethic to the team. He genuinely enjoys working outdoors, tackling new challenges, and learning something new every single day.
He began his automotive journey by simply walking into a shop and discovering that this was exactly where he belonged. Since then, he has grown into a reliable and knowledgeable technician.
Outside of work, Ronald enjoys cooking Iraqi dishes, fishing, and taking time to rest and recharge. He is grounded by strong values respect, trust, and honesty which shine through in the way he treats customers, coworkers, and everyone he encounters.

Adrian has been working in the industry for five years, but her journey in the automotive world started long before his career did. As a kid, she spent countless hours in the garage alongside her dad and grandpa, learning the fundamentals of tools, engines, and the importance of doing things the right way. Those early memories sparked a passion that has never faded one that continues to shape the person she is today.
With a special love for BMWs, Adrian has always been drawn to the blend of engineering, precision, and performance they represent.
